Then, we cook your steak on a custom radiant broiler that exceeds 2,000 degrees to help seal in the steaks’ natural juices. Finally, we allow the meat to rest before serving to ensure you receive only the highest quality, most delicious steak.
Our pursuit of perfection doesn’t end with steaks, however. Every detail, from the fish to the lamb and pork chops to the Belgian Plugra butter receives focused attention to quality, flavor and freshness. Churchill’s bakery turns out dinner rolls from scratch daily, along with a variety of homemade desserts. Don’t miss our famous signature treat, the decadent Chocolate Sack, featuring morsels of light and dark cake, berries, and chocolate mousse piled into an edible sack made of dark Belgian Chocolate.
