Only USDA Prime. Always.
We serve only USDA Prime beef, the top grade of American beef, prized for its marbling, tenderness and flavor. Very little beef earns the Prime grade, and that’s the only kind we put on the plate. Our kitchen combines time-honored artisan methods with modern technology to make steaks that are deeply flavorful and remarkably tender.
A Lesson From a Master Butcher
Churchill’s started with Bill Alles and a lesson from his grandfather, a master butcher: start with exceptional prime beef, and give every cut the care it deserves. That idea still guides our kitchen every night.
A Downtown Spokane Landmark Since 2007
Churchill’s Steakhouse opened in 2007 in the heart of downtown Spokane, inside the historic Boothe-McClintock Building, built in 1899. Dining here means sitting down to a great steak inside more than a century of Spokane history.
Rebuilt and Renewed
In 2008, a fire damaged the restaurant and closed it for 19 months. We used that time for an extensive remodel and came back with the same commitment to Prime beef and gracious service that our guests had come to love.
